comfortable, dramatic, and easy care cloaks

machine washable and dryable!
The

This
true half circle cloak created from forest green 100% cotton twill was
inspired by Faramir's Ranger cloak. It features a deep,
pointed
hood and a hem measuring around 166". The cloak is
approximately
46" long and closes with two ties secured by faux suede
appliques. All seams (excepting the hemline) are
professionally
finished - the hem has been "distressed" to give it a worn
look.

The Scriptorium Cloak

Inspired by various medieval manuscript illustrations, this full circle
black 100% wool flannel cloak is fully edged with over 15 yards of
ornate metallic gold, red, green and black trim. It features
a full hood with enormous pointed tail that can be worn down the back,
or wrapped around the shoulders and neck like a scarf. This
full circle wool cloak clasps at the neck with a gold colored Art
Nouveau style metal clasp. The cloak is unlined, and all
seams are professionally finished. It measures approximately
53" clasp to hem (floor length on someone 5'6" or mid calf length for
someone 6 feet tall), bottom edge circumference is approximately 396

cloak for Rangers! Perfect for
hiding
in the woods and tracking down orcs, this unlined heathered and
textured olive green/brown 100% wool flannel cloak is created in the
true half-circle style that hangs open in an inverted V shape in the
front similar to the Fellowship style cloaks and those worn by the
rangers in Ithilien to show off your other Ranger garb - see the Forest
green cotton twill true half circle cloak picture above for a similar
style cloak in a front shot. Featuring a pointed full
self-lined hood, the cloak ties at the neckline are held in place with
faux-suede tabs. The textured wool flannel is a flowing, lightweight
wool. This cloak measures 53 inches from clasp to finished
hem - it can not be made any longer due to the width of the fabric
without adding pieces at the center back hemline that would interrupt
the flow of this material. There will be very few of these
exact cloaks made as the mill went out of business and this fabric is
no longer manufactured.

Based on records of an extant garment from the
Revolutionary War era, this historically accurate cloak is created from
soft red wool broadcloth similar to the original. The cloak
is machine stitched and the hood hand stitched to gather the
back. This cloak ties at the neck with a matching red velvet
ribbon and features arm slits similar to the original, but we have
stitched over the edges of the arm slits to prevent any possible
fraying (this was not done in the original). Measures 40"
from ribbon tie to hemline. Fiber content 70% wool, 20%
nylon, 10% cashmere.

circle in volume with 184" at the hem, and curved shoulders which
allows the cloak to drape closed in the center front. The
uniquely designed "M" shaped hood drapes in rich folds around the face
and has points that tuck in at the nape of the neck on each
side. There's nothing that drapes and flows like silk
velvet!

Over seventy-five embroidered silver snowflakes in different shapes and
sizes appear to swirl around the front opening, oversized hood edge and
hemline of this midnight blue coat weight cashmere wool cloak. The
snowflakes were
researched and digitized from actual ice crystal photo records, then
painstakingly machine embroidered over the course of several hours.
Just as each snowflake is unique, this cloak is a one-of-a-kind and
will never be exactly repeated! This substantial cloak is
fully lined with heavy ice blue satin and has arm slits in the side
seams. Closure is
a hidden silver coat weight hook and eye at the neckline. This cloak
measures 53" from clasp to hem in the front, and 56" nape to hem in the
back. (Modelled below is a similar cloak made from a wool
flannel material for reference purposes.)
**Due to the embroidery at the
hemline, this cloak can not be hemmed after purchase.**

white satin throughout the cloak body and with white velboa short pile
faux fur (or like a very long pile velvet) in the hood. The
velboa folds to the outside edge of the hood as a border.
This cloak has arm slits in the side seams. Closure is a
hidden coat weight hook and eye at the neckline. This cloak measures
53" from clasp to hem.
Due to the embroidery at the hemline,
this cloak can not be hemmed after purchase. The snowflakes were
