Based on Arwen's Farewell Gown, this dress set was made from periwinkle ming brocade with silver embroidery on the front yoke (alas, the lighting in this picture does not allow it to be seen) and back of neck. Silver knot buttons and loops close the front bodice and the overgown gracefully drapes open at the curved hem.  The lavender undergown is 100% silk satin, and the 100% silk dupioni obi was shot black and fuschia, giving a shimmering plum appearance.  The design on the dupioni sash was embroidered in silver thread.

Based on Arwen's Arch Dress, this gown with short train was made from periwinkle 100% silk organza and fully lined in pale pink 100% silk satin.  The interplay of the two colored layers shimmers between blue and purple.  This romantic gown is embroidered with gold flowers and leaves at the neckline and sleeve join.  Gold ribbon at waist not included - it was for photo purposes only.

Shown here with a silvery gray silk velvet requiem cloak, this Arwen inspired Cranberry Gown was created from silk velvet and fully lined with matching 100% silk satin.  There is silvery gray trim gracing the neckline and sleeve join, and pearl and beaded trim at the sleeve join.

Inspired by Elrond's various outfits, this burnished bronze silk dupioni robe is embroidered in pale gold threads at the sleeve ends, yoke, shoulders and petal shaped hem.  Russet colored sash belt laces with gold cord through matching grommets at the back, front of belt drape is embroidered in a pale gold art nouveau motif.  A matching russet panel is worn underneath the robe.

Inspired by elven outfits worn by Elrond, this ensemble is created in autumnal hues.  The under-robe is  sunset 100% silk dupioni with shot threads of red and gold, and is embroidered in dark gold threads at the sleeve ends, yoke, shoulders and petal shaped hem.  The red 100% silk dupioni sash belt laces with gold cord through matching grommets at the back, while the front of belt drape is embroidered in a dark gold motif.  A matching red silk dupioni panel is worn underneath the robe.  The over-robe has wrapped petal shaped sleeves and is made from bright red silk velvet.

Above:  A custom ordered Legolas style ensemble made from silver 100% silk dupioni for the undertunic (backless like the original for better range of motion) with lace up sleeves and decorative S shaped closures, and a two-tone embroidered jerkin made from 100% cotton to be worn in a hot summer climate.

This was a custom order for cloak-tunic and silk tunic sets inspired by the Elves.  It is created from cotton velvet, with the cloak lining in silver silk, and is worn over a silver silk long tunic with embroidered standing collar.  The multicolored woodland embroidery is created on multiple layers of silk, some of which is hand dyed for a fade effect.

This cloak tunic set is composed of an Aztec gold silk undertunic with navy piping and star collar embroidery under a sapphire blue cotton velvet cloak tunic lined in the same Aztec gold silk.  The embroidery was implemented on medium blue silk in gold and silver.

Elven style Stansborough Gotland wool cloak.  This was made as an individual custom order from the intricately designed handwoven fabric!

Samwise style ensemble in wool and cotton.  Ensemble includes breeches, homespun cotton shirt, vest and 1/2 circle cloak.  May also be ordered by the piece.

Olive green wool frock coat inspired by the one worn by Merry.  This fully lined coat features two working pockets at the waist seam with flaps (perfect for holding your extra vegetables), and hand stitched detailing along the collar, front opening and cuffs.  This double breasted frock coat has six large buttons at the front and elastic threaded through casings at the cuffs and held in place by buttons.

Hunter green wool sack coat inspired by the one worn by Pippin.  This fully lined coat features two roomy patch pockets, full sleeves gathered into extra large cuffs and at the shoulder, and a 'belt' at the back waist for shaping.  This sack coat has four buttons at the front and one button each cuff.

Custom ordered olive green raw silk surcoat with silver on black trim and standing collar.   This particular garment was based on the olive green surcoat worn by the Captain of the Ithilien Rangers in TTT and ROTK.  

Armor and leather accessories provided by the model.  We do not create leather garments as custom orders.

Inspired by Faramir's Coronation outfit, the parts we made included the undertunic described to the right, a navy blue silk velvet surcoat with golden beaded trim, and a navy blue silk velvet cloak lined with silk satin and hand and machine embroidered on the front opening with silver thread.  The cloak was further embellished with silver wirework embroidery within the flower centers.  

The Coronation undertunic was made from a silk/linen blend with sleeves, collar, and facings of dark blue shot silk dupioni that was twin stitched in gold thread in a grid.  At the intersections of the grid were one gold cup sequin and one ruby colored glass bead.

There were over 300 beads and 300 sequins and each sleeve took 3.5 hours for the hand beading alone. The gold cording at the sleeve hem and collar was couched on after that part of the garment was completed.

Theoden inspired brown cotton velvet jerkin with pre-made gold knotwork and leaf and vine trimmings.

Theoden inspired ensemble: gold embroidered brown cotton velvet jerkin; burgundy and black tunic with embroidery on yoke, collar, and attached "gauntlet" cuffs; and half circle hunter wool cloak lined in burgundy satin and trimmed in gold braid and embroidery.

 There are over half a million *embroidered* stitches in this ensemble!

What do noble Ladies of Rohan wear?  Well, perhaps something such as this - a custom ordered indigo linen viking style gown partly lined and faced at the neck and wrist with burgundy cotton.  Gold embroidery patterned after scrollwork from Italy, England and France in the fourth and third centuries BC adorns the wrist and neck facings, and tiny gold beads were hand stitched into place in the neck facing design to provide 3D interest.

As with the gown to the left, this was created in response to "What would Finduilas have worn?"  Sheer silvery sleeves coordinate with the silver shot underskirt and balanced by midnight blue rayon velvet.  Trim shaped like waves accents the skirt opening and sleeve join, and a tiny helical braid decorates the neckline.

Inspired by the Houses of Healing in ROTK, but based on the canon description of Finduilas' starry mantle that Faramir gave to Eowyn, this midnight blue 100% wool flannel mantle is embroidered with over a thousand silver stars around the front opening and neckline.  It has no closure, but the curved shoulder seams help it remain on the shoulders. 

This starry mantle is fully lined in coordinating silver satin, and is available as a custom order.
